[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — reg. service not provided by eureka forbes, despite complainant made on 15.04.15 | |||
I had complained to Eureka forbes service centre on 15.04.2015 for service of my R O system. Since then I have made 15 calls to their Cust. care no. 39883333. But no effort has been made by the above said company to either contact or call me regarding the subject till date (26.05.2015). Finally applicant made the call to private service provider for the service of my RO system and paid Rs. 1500/- despite of my right of 3 free services as said by the company.
