Subject: Request for refund of my AMC of my new machine because of poor service and inappropriate behavior towards customer I, Haresh Valecha am a customer of Aquaguard purifier, I purchased a product from Ulhasnagar branch. Please find below details of my purchase Product: Dr Aqua guard classic Plus with Booster Pump Water Purifier Customer Code: [protected] My product Sr No:[protected]------ Date of Purchase of product:16/12/2017 Date of Contract: 8/01/2019 I’ve paid Annual Monthly charges for three years now but I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service & support from your company. Attaching the necessary documents for your reference. Considering the reputation of your brand, I made a decision to opt for reliable services by paying Annual Monthly Charges, but the service provided was not up to the mark or as promised, instead the complaints which I raised were not given attention & the staff behaved in an appropriate manner too. Kindly look into this matter. I want to discontinue the services that I’ve opted with your company. Seeking your assistance in getting the refund of all the charges. We are purchased Aquablaze water purifier in Bangalore Nagarabhavi 11 months back we get throat inpection so called for service we are two members not even 2000ltrs we use its capacity is 6000ltrs and no indication of filter change.but serviceman came he forced u should change filter and forced to do AMC and we ask him it's free of service he said no u should pay both service charge and filter cost within warrnty period so we told him to change filter and then he threatened if you get any damge o[censored] r purifier part u should pay extra do AMC. we tell him it's ok do only filter change he changed filter and charged 5500 rs within warranty period then after 3 to 4 days now we uvlamp failed indication
Pls help me why u r appointed this type of serviceman he is cheated
