Eureka Forbes — Repetitive Issue with Enhance UV Aquaguard Water Purifier | |||
I bought Eureka Forbes Enhance UV product for water purification at home at the end of year 2012. It has not completed 2 years yet. But issues started with the service of this model like the circuit board became damaged with no water loading. Thanks to AMC that I raised service requests for this lodging a complaint. Each time the engineer/techinician came, he made a quick fix of the issue and made calls resolved. Likewise, it continued for 1 and half months. But the issue is not gone perenially. It keeps coming up and the reason is due to lack of proper knowledge to fix the complex circuit of the machine. Adding to the woes, the technicians introduced a new defect during each time visiting for which I needed to lodge complaint again and again. I therefore urge Eureka Forbes not to sell such products for which they have no knowledgeable expert to fix issues. Was this information helpful? | |||
