[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — replacement of cartridge aquasure xtra 16 litre | |||
Der eureka forbes, I need to change cartridge for aquasure xtra 16 lit water filter. I made support request online 3 times (Request no [protected], [protected], [protected]). I hv also mail for service escalation on 16 august 2017. Every time i got reply that "we wil contact you within 24-48 hours" But still got no response. Even i have called the tollfree number several times. But receiver only good promise. Not a single person appeared to attend the problem. I hope eureka forbes hear to customers problems also apart from selling products. I m making myself ready to through out the product since it is not healthy to drink this water.
