[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — request to replace the defective product

Dear sir/mam,

This is in regards to the order number #[protected] (Dr. Aquaguard nrich hd uv
Gwpdnriuv10000) we ordered online through your website on 24/04/19.

Please note that since the time of installation of this product, it has never worked smoothly. Within the few months of installations, it has started showing red lights.

We have called your customer care executives & your local dealer ‘n’ number of times and were assured of your best services all the time. But we regret to inform you that till date no service has been provided from your end to solve this problem & the problem still persists. For your ready reference, here are the few service number requests that we got after filing complain [protected], [protected]. None of them stands solved.

We have been using eureka forbes aqua guard for the last 40 years. But looks like after upgrading to this new product we have made a huge mistake.

Since this product is having so many problems right after within few months of installation we request you kindly replace this product with a new one.

Please note that we are even unable to drink water from this aqua guard since the time this problem has arisen.

Hence, we request you to look into this matter very seriously & arrange to get our product replaced since it is well within warranty.

Hi I have renewed my maintainance contract with Eureka Forbes on 20th August 2019 and accepted the Provogue Offer. I have already made a payment for shipping of Rs.500 on the same date. So far there is no information about the merchandise! Please help me to find out the status of the product ordered.
