[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — RO system - No Show/ call, after 10 days and 2 complaints logged

-Complaint regd via my regd mobile no, on 30Apr ServReqNo [protected].
-Without calling or visiting, Ithink, Complaint closed by smart technician
-My house has 24X7 residency and no mo call is missed by me
- Called again last Sunday and re regd complaint after sharing above story
- Interestingly my reqd ph no had "disappeared" from the regd system
- The signed AMC I have records also disappeared from Eureka system! Had happened 2 years back too!
-Extremely UNRELIABLE services and Systems they run
-Still waiting for my RO fix
