Dear sir,
I have purchased eureka water purifier (Magna model) thinking that i am going to buy the best product. But... When it comes to after sale service, my above thinking became reverse... I. E. I have purchased the worst product... I have lodged service request on 13th may 2017 and service request no is [protected]. Today is 17th may 2017 but my complaint is yet to be attendet... And i am forced to buy water from the market even for drinking... Will higher authorities look into the matter and will help me in getting my complaint resolved... And also request management to take care after sale service seriously to save the future of the company... By such a bad experience no one will recommend and will buy such a good product and one day management will be forced to close the business.
