I am shivraj desai residing in grandbay (A3/102) housing society pune, my customer code is [protected] & my complaint no is[protected] raised on 4th june 2018.in spite of calling your customer care no. 6 to 7 times none of your service representative has visited us nor there is any reply from customer care regarding our complaint. This is very pathetic service provided by you. Please let us know if you can manage this service request or should be escalated elsewhere as we are unable to use the ro.

Only reply from your service executive is we will register your call on urgent basis service. If this is your urgent basis service then one can understand what type of service you provide.
