Purchased the machine Robo LVAC voice pro in July 23. Was nicely working till 30th Oct. I made a complaint on 31st Oct. After a daily follow up, received a new machine on 23rd Nov.It was a faulty piece. It is cleaning abruptly and not mapping properly.
Again lauchaned a complaint, but every person, without the two local engineers, are neglecting the problem.
Even the escalation desk is a fraud. When you put your consumer no, and write the complaint, it replies "the ticket does not valid "
The ceo mails also are, automated mails. They do not want to solve the problem. Once the product is sold, co. has nothing to do with the customers.
