I have very recently purchased an Aquaguard Magna sr no. [protected], manufacturing date 9.16. last week from your office at Rajdanga Main Road, Hossainpur, Madurdaha, Kolkata.

I received a phone call on my mobile phone number [protected] from another mobile phone number [protected] around 6.02 p.m. today that is 28 December 2017. the person on the other side said he was calling from Aquaguard to enquire whether or not I have an Aquaguard water filter to which I said yes. The person whose only identity to me was that he was talking from Aquaguard, asked me the colour of the machine. I replied saying black intending the black colour of the LED front. He sarcastically replied saying I am untruthful. Is this the kind of salesmanship you preach?

Why is that your salespersons does not know who their customers are?

What kind of salesmanship training do you give to your salesmen that they exhibit such poor conduct!
I am really sorry that I have developed such a relationship with a company which does not train people properly.
SHAME ON THE COMPANY AND SHAME ON THE PEOPLE WHO REPRESENT YOU.

I have purchase the machine from your sales man whose visiting card i am attaching come to house said to purchase the vacuum cleaner. i have purchased it and given cheque against of that.
When I opend the packing of machine i found old machine was packed in the new cartoon. so i request you to return my cheque and take back your machine . your sales man done fraud to us.
