[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — service contract not respected | |||
We have 1 year service contract for aquaguard servicing taken on 8th dec. 2018. The aquaguard is not working, the company, euro technologies, have wasted 3 weekends saying they will repair it and has not done it yet. Now they are not receiving our calls and messages. They have also promised that they will pay our drinking water bill until they don't repair our machine, which is now more than inr 1000. They are also not gst compliant, their gst no. Doesn't appear on the bill and they didnt give it when i asked for it. The manager is ayan: [protected] On field service agent is mr.
