The customer code is [protected] - sunand. I am gave a complaint eurekha forbes on 26 october. The water purifier is dripping continuously. They came and told they need to replace a few parts and would come the next day to replace but they did not turn up. We again lodged another complaint on 3 nov to customer care whose communication skills were 0
With an arrogant voice. There was no response and the problem just got worse. The water would continuously drop causing a lot of water wastage. We then again contacted them today on 6 nov. They told they will send the call to higher officials and made me wait on the call for 10 minutes with no communication from the other end.
This is a very poor service that we are being offered. We request immediate call and service from the eurekha forbes people for compalint. If this continues we will have to look forward to alternatives. Was this information helpful? |
