[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — service not getting

I have purchased eureka forbes water purifier and got only 1 service in 2 years... What the hell is this i lost my 20000 for this purifier.. Please don't purchase any product from eureka forbes as you will not get any after sales service. I am going to file a case against them to consumer forum which will waste my money and time but there is no option left for me as i tried my level best to get the service from them but they are #..
