[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Service not offered even after repeated phone calls | |||
My customer ID : [protected] I own an Aquaguard and I have taken 2 years AMC. I had called customer care to replace the filters on September 12th. Some person from a service center called me and I specifically mentioned him that filters needs to be replaced as per AMC. But, he came to my home without any filters and then told, I will be back after 2 hours with new filters. Then, when I called him, he told I am busy and I will come tomorrow morning. Next day morning, he came to my home with 4 filters out of which 2 were sealed and 2 filters were not sealed. I asked that guy to call the owner and I spoke to him asking why 2 filters were not sealed. He told that these filters nowadays come without sealed covers which was not at all convincing. I think he was trying to put some old filter. Since I didn't accept, that guy told he will bring new filters next day morning. Next day morning when I called him, he told he will come next to next day. Again I called the service center owner and he spoke in a different tone saying I don't have stock. Only after it comes, I can send it. He asked to contact customer care. I informed this to customer care. Its been more than 2 weeks since I raised this ticket and no proper response. Is this the way you guys treat the customer? That too trying to replace old filters. This is not at all acceptable. Please take action immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
