I have made AMC for the above product for 2 years (04.9.2019 to 03.9.2021). As per Terms & Condition, I am elligible for a free replacement of a set of candles/filters/membrane sometimes during Aug/Sep 2020. Seeing that nobody is coming, I lodged a complaint (No [protected] dated 20.10.2020). A Technical Person named Mr Tushar Pandit came on the same day, replaced 3 candles but did not replace the membrane which is most essential and costliest too. I endorsed my remark in the work order sheet (CS-[protected]) as "work incomplete". He explained that the material is not available in store and he will replace as and when it is available. 3 months have elapsed from the due date but I did not receive the service which I paid one year back.
Please investigate the matter and intimate me the action taken against the person for misleading me and not communicating me the progress further. Also, please intimate as to how you will compensate the loss to me.
