[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — service person not coming after repeated calls | |||
I had taken AMC for two years from 13.3.13 to 12.3.15 from eureka forbes after paying Rs.2400/- for my water purifier Forbes Designa. But after that only a time your service personnel visited us on 14.1.2014 that to after repeated phone calls. Now the AMC is on the verge of its termination period and for the last one month I have been contacting your service centres here at Calicut but no service is being done. I even complained in your toll free number [protected] and complaint is registered on18.2.2015 and my request is registered as [protected]and cust-id is [protected].
