For my water purifier under AMC, I have booked a service request (CM[protected] on 10.07 2023, but they have closed it without attending and requested feedback.I informed them that it was not attended, and on 20.07.2023, another request was raised (i.e. CM[protected], which was not addressed until 23.07.2023. Whenever I call customer care, they simply tell me it will be dealt with as a priority. I'm just fed up with such responses. This is not the first time they come to visit us at the time of renewing my AMC, but no one ever comes back.
This is how they are taking our hard-earned money; they are cheating us with the name of an AMC service. There is one service provider named Arpita from Guwahati who renews me AMC every time without doing anything for me. Was this information helpful? |
