Eureka Forbes — Servicing issue for water filter | |||||
Eureka forbes failed to provide service to me for water filter in the year 2015. I wrote to them on 27 Dec 2015 but there was no response from them. Also, i rang them and they conveyed somebody will contact you shortly but nobody contacted me. Below the email sent to Eureka forbes. Regards, Sanjay Ganju Hi Executive, Please note that I already had paid servicing charges till 29 May 2017. Despite that, this year 2015 there was no servicing done till date. Only today, i received a call from Eureka service executive Ranjit Patil who came over today 27 Dec 2015 to do the servicing. He simply open one filer (candle) and cleaned it under the tap. Add to it, he did not hand over a copy of Service Request Activity Report to me. On inquiry, He said you can raise a complaint for it. My question is that i was promised 2 servicing during a given year, wherein in first six months, both filters will be cleaned and in next 6 months, filters will be replaced. What happened to your promise in 2015? Do you simply bypass customers who pay in advance for servicing?
