I am having an aquaguard water purifier for the last many years. It was the latest model then and quite a high priced product. I had other options from different brands in the market but i selected this product.
But, i am deeply unhappy because the service is extremely disappointing. I struggle with service engineers to get their appointments. They do not consider the convenience of customers and keep delaying the visits. I keep waiting with literally no water at home. Then, i have to purchase water cans from the stores to provide my family. I am facing great hardship dealing with eureka forbes. Now, the executives say they have stopped amc for my model and ask me to replace it with a newer model.
It is absolutely not possible to keep paying 20, 000+ time and again and keep changing my water purifier every few years. It was a bad decision to take eureka forbes product and i am thinking to share my experience and inform all my friends and relatives and others on every social media to beware before purchasing eureka forbes products.
Or, should i take legal steps in the court of law for all the disappointment after purchasing a water purifier from eureka forbes.

The mandatory service for my Dr aquaguard classic water purifier (unit No 6008094) due in December 2019.
But the service was not done since I was out of station.
Now I am at home. I request you to do the needful to do the mandatory
service.
