Eureka Forbes — Technician not visiting for service for a long time | |
I am a using dr aquaguard magna hd ro, i have raised a service request on 8th may 2020, and had followed up 8 times till date, customer care executives say they are escalating to high priority, but still of no use, as per the policy if they fail to vist with in 48 hours, eureka forbes has to provide water, my average consumption per day is 20 liters and it costs around 80 rs, according to my math, till the day technician vists they have to provide me 8 rs per day which costs around now 18 x 80 =1440 rs They are providing a worst after sales service Was this information helpful? | |
