It's a shame that even after registering complaints a number of times, no technician has visited to repair the Aquaguard.After complaining I receive a message to rate the service, when no one has even visited.Really fed up of Eureka Forbes.No doubt why KENT has taken over d market.With such after sale services, it's matter of tym eureka forbes loose d remaining market share as well. Very very humiliating customer care. Despite being under a.m.c there is no proper response and a delay of more than 20 days takes place for each complaint.
