[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — trendy steel vacuum cleaner filter bag | |||
I have been trying to source the replacement filter bag assembly for my trendy steel filter bag for the last 3 months but to no vail. Have contacted service guys n number of times and they keep on giving somebody else's number to contact. This has been going on and on. Finally made a complaint to the office some sales guy (Supposedly) said service team was not available and he would ensure somebody contacts me today. It's been 10 days now. I think i must have spent more on calls than the actual cost of the filter bag. Somebody says you will have to pick it from the service centre somebody says it is available at an address near ours but the flat was locked on visiting it 3...😡😡😡 Really think i would have to scrap my vaccum cleaner for a pathetic filter bag. I though eureka forbes thrived on its service capability. But my experience so far has been so bad... That i would recommend everyone not to use their products. Imagine for a filter bag their service team in not able to provide clear directions... Have just given up now on this... Was this information helpful? | |||
