[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — unable to repair water purifier which is under amc in past 25 days.

Hi,
I have raised request for my water purifier not working on 10th August.
The guy came and said the circuit board needs to replace and will be done next day.

I am waiting since then have raised the request multiple times on phone as well as through mail but every single time I am assured within 24hours your issue will be resolved.
I am not sure when there 24hours will be completed.

When talked to the local guy who visited my premises he says the office has not yet provided the PCB(circuit board) till now.
I am not sure what to do next.

Very bad behavior from technician, was calling last 3 days, he is giving us time and we waited whole day, took off from office. When I asked he said you complaint customer service don't call me. His name is Chalpathi
