[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Under warranty period - product need repair and nobody shows up | |||||
Got water purifier (Eureka forbes enhance) 6 months ago and the product stopped working normally after 3 months. It has been 2months since we have been trying to reach customer care centers and they do pick calls and say will be sending technician, he has showed up thrice till date. Technicians have no idea what the problem is. Every time they come blames it on some part not working (Like adapter etc) and don't come back to fix it. Complaint no[protected] Complaint no[protected] We have made 25-10 calls to customer care from past a week and mr.
