[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — uninstall machine and bad response from company | |||
I brought Dr. Aquaguard Nrich UV water purifier, but salesman didn't provide proper information about PRV which is required to control water pressure. After buying machine, technician from Eureka Forbes asked me to pay extra 1000/- I asked demo to know water TDS, pressure etc. After checking only salesman suggested the water purifier. Just blindly trusted the salesman company and salesman and did full payment. After 5 days purifier is without installation. After calling call center only false promises. No one really bother if customer is satisfied. If customer buying purifier are they really working. Company is suffering all the time and company do not show any kind of courtesy and professionally.
