Problem facing since December'14;- Water leakage at Bottom of the unit ( repeated issue) Unit is Totally dead (Water is not getting filtered) We are buying water from outside !!! Killing out time in lodging complaint, following-up & waiting for service person by leaving rest of works Junior service person/ senior service person visited & serviced but, still the Unit is DEAD only. Some of complained number which we have in our records:- Complaint number: [protected] Complaint number: [protected] Complaint number: [protected] More the 8 to 10 times called your service centers from land line of[protected] not received any complaint number) We are sick with the DEFECTIVE UNIT & we strongly appeal for cancel of this sale.
