Eureka Forbes — UV Prime filter not working | |||
Hi, I bought a eureka Forbes aqua sure UV Prime filter in October 2014. From the month of November it started giving bad smell in water. I complained many times, they service many times but till date it is not resolved. Due to that my family suffering from gastric problem. On insisting they given a lab test that there filter is ok but still that bad smell is coming. Now when I asked for replacement then the area manger is saying that he can provide only service so I did not understand what is the meaning of service if problem is not getting resolved. They are just passing the time for my warranty period. I need replacement Please help on this.
