Dear sir/madam,

Please note that we had purchased a vacuum cleaner from eureka forbes 2 years back and we would like to go in for amc and as such have requested your franchisee partner, mr. Anu gogia (Park street, kolkata, west bengal) to provide us the inclusions & exclusions in the annual maintenance contract to be done.
We ahve been following up with himnsince last 10 days but he is unable to provide the details telling us that the head office is yet to forward the same.

Please provide the inclusion & exclusion details of amc w. R. T. Vacuum cleaner at the earliest.
