[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — vacuum cleaner body issue

I'm from nellore, and i got a problem i'm vaccum cleaners body so i gave it to nearest service point on march 1 and now it's april 30.. Still there's no return call or anything. Then i realised how worst eureka and their service towards customer... Really and the way service guys are talking with a customer is horrible... I really hate this and the service point in lohitha services nellore
