Eureka Forbes — Vacuum Cleaner Customer Code [protected]

I purchased one Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner with the customer code No. [protected] towards the end Nov 2020 and got delivery in mid Dec 2020 (i.e. about 5 months).
ii) Immediately upon unpacking, its switch was not functioning, and the cover was not closing smooth. The switch was somehow repaired/fixed by your engineer in about a 3-4 weeks.
iii) Thereafter, I used it once or twice and the motor got burnt. It took me several complains and then Eureka Forbes took more than one months to replace the motor.
iv) During this motor replace the Engineer found the cover not closing properly and the latch was cracked. He raised a complaint and it took another about a month to replace the cover.
v) I used it once or twice and found the motor has NOT been running smooth with burning smell. I complained on May 5, 2021 No. [protected] (did not use since then)
vi) Twice, on May 6, 2021 and May 27, 2021 Eureka Forbes raised satisfaction code 1571 (both time) for the repair of the machine; however, nobody contacted me. And there was no solution by contacting customer care.
vii) I got phone number of Mr. Pradeep [protected]

What is happening. Nobody contacted me yet even after 2 days of your msg and more than a month if complaining. By the way 2 times code has been generated. And, importantly, I could NOT use the Vacuum Cleaner 2 times after buying in Dec 2020 5 months. And it gas been repaired 3 times with more than10 times complaining.
What quality product and service are your company offering to be boasting?
Why don't you send this msg to your higher ups with a copy to me.

I suppose you are in a senior position in Eureka Forbes. Still you cannot even keep your promise nor even you keep the customer informed about the status of repair.

Please understand I could use the vacuum cleaner only 3 times in 6 months that I have purchased with 3 repairs. And there has not been any solution. You do not even escalate this complain to your higher ups in the company. You do not even pick up my calls or messages.

So now I should upload all my messages to social media and/or any other suitable site/ organization. I hope you and your company would not have any reservation on this.

NOT ONLY I DID NOT GET THE WORK DONE FOR WHICH I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT, WHAT IS COST OF MAN-HOUR THAT I HAVE BEEN SPENDING TO KEEP COMPLAINING AND TRACKING THE COMPLAINS? AND YOUR STAFF WOULD RESPOND AT ONE'S SWEET WILL AND IRRESPONSIBLY?

I hope you would kindly take immediate step to replace the product and oblige.
