We have purchased vacuum cleaner on 15th june'17
I started troubling us around 1st week of october'17 (Very poor sucking)
We approached customer care and executive visited our place and examined and said cap button should be replaced.
From then on one visited to replace the part or to solve the sucking problem
We have approached customer care 6 times so far but no use every time they take complaint but no one approach us.
And also we have escalated the issue to our customer care executive ms. Anu kotian. But didn't get any reply.
We have called to the ombudsman for a solution at
+[protected] but the number is not valid.
We have stopped using that vacuum cleaner.
We are requesting concerned authorities to look into this issue and provide a solution or refund the money we have paid for this vacuum cleaner.
