Vacuum cleaner X Force was purchased on 22 Sept 16 for Rs.9990. The product was giving irritating noise and election supply cut with loose switching arrangement. After much struggle the product was replaced for Dynamite for Rs. 5100 on 6 Oct. The difference amount has not been refunded yet. Added to that when the replaced item was put into use for the first time on today 30 Oct, the item stopped working after 10 minutes. When contacted the rep. Intimated that it was due to over heating and the item would start after cooling down. I am really astonished to know that the same item which is normally available for less than half of this price works so fine but this one which is more than double the normal rate works so indifferent.
