[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Very poor customer care

I raised a complaint regarding my vacuum clear 1 month before and till now it is not closed. As soon as I registered I got call and they enquired whether it is within warranty period or not. When I confirm it is with in warranty no response at all. I would have called more than 50 times and every time they will ask the same thing about warranty. Thry told me to call the service ppl of my area direcctly and those ppl alo asked same abt warranty and initially they confirme they will resolve it and after that his number is switched off. I registered the complaint on 27th aug 2016 and till now it is not solved.[protected] This is my first time registerd complaint number.
