[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Very Poor Service here in chennai | |||
Hello: I bought a Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquaguard, Magna RO+UV in May'2015 here in chennai, Now the Unit is not working properly and hence we are not able to drink water right form yesterday. Yesterday morning, 18th August, I lodged a complaint number ' 83019735', through local helpdesk here in Chennai, they said within 24 hours they will send a technician to check the problem but till now no one has come . Today again I called they said they will send but still no one came, few minutes back I got a call from service centre at[protected] and again one lady asked what is the problem after explaining IN-Detail yesterday, she says she cannot send today but only tomorrow, and cut call in a rude manner. Now you say the any problems will be rectified within 24hrs if not your product will be replaced and your marketing person are talking words filled with Honey but your service after sales is very poor.
