HI, I am using Aquaguard Ro+uv. I lodge the complaint as on 27, April15 due to not working and after one week one of executive examine & verify that due to adapter default it’s not working . Now today is 8th, May15 no one is called & visited for replacement. We called on daily on customer care & they assured us that as of today it’s going to replace but nothing is happen. We use aquaguard for water & from last 10 days we purchase the water can from the market to drink the water. Actually it’s in Warranty may be that is the reason for non- replacement.
