Despite sending SMS to the specific number [protected] as many as 8 times till date the machine has not been set right. We are not able to make use of the machine as the same is not working due to defective pc which needs to be replaced as told by the technicians who called on us without proper equipment and apparatus. We have already paid the amount for the AMC which is valid till 19th April 2017.
Please arrange to send the technician with all equipment and apparatus to set right the defective machine failing which I will be constrained to move the Consumer Court for getting my grievance redressed and you will be liable for all the costs and consequences.
When the needful has not been done, am receiving SMSes asking for the feedback for the service which has not been rendered despite my 8 SMSes above. Was this information helpful? |
