My water purifier invoice date 18 July 2018 is under one year warranty.Technician from Eurekaforbes has come today and informed me that water filter is not working.In addition to that, he asked me for the service charge of Rs. 350/-
Since the product is under one year warranty, there should not be any charge for serving and to change the filter.
When I denied for the service charge, he left the work under the middle without proper fitting.I am not getting a single drop of water to drink.What is this?
