We bought an eureka forbes air purifier for asthma patient, at the time of delivery the sales agent convinced us to buy a water purifier also. he checked our kitchen and suggest aquaguard nova uv+uf. when the technician came to remove our old filter and apply the new filter, the filter did not even fit in our kitchen. we called the sales agent and he said return and refund has been initiated and will be completed after after 40 days. after 2 weeks he stopped picking our calls. then i checked online and found out that return period is only 30 days. when i called national consumer care i found out no return was initiated, thats when i initiated return process .since then i've been calling every week about updates, but it is always the same answer we've put your request on priority . its been 2 months since i initiated return process, still nothing has happened yet. it is an unopened and unused aquaguard. am planning to go to district consumer disputes redressal forum as its been 3 moths from the date of order and almost 2 months 15 days from return complaint.
sincere advice for prospective customers : dont buy anything from eureka forbes as they will only be soft spoken till you buy the goods and complete the payment. after that you find out their true nature, they are very arrogant and will not even acknowledge the complaint.
