Eureka Forbes — Water filter not working and no post sales service | |||||
I purchased a eureka forbes water filter in Nov 2015. Around 10 days ago, it stopped dispensing drinking water for which I called the customer service and registered a complaint. I got a call back saying that someone will visit my house within a day to resolve this. Some time later, a person called and said that they will come only to sell the product and not to service it. Moreover, if its a Genuis+ water filter, they cannot provide any service as no spares are available!! I called the customer care once again and they asked if I have an annual maintenance contract. While buying the filter, the seller had said that they will service it free for a year so I conveyed the same message to the customer service person so he said that if that's the case, the company will not service it and I have to talk to the seller. I have called the seller multiple times and they said they cant do anything if the company itself cannot provide service!! After having spend Rs.23, 000 on a water filter, I find it ridiculous to hear such talk!! This is absolutely unfair. Please help me get this resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Very high profile selling and poor Very POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. "SELL & FORGET" seems to be their motto.

I had purchased above machine and got it fitted. From the time it is fitted, that is from 25th February 2016 vide their Invoice No. 041687 for Rs 8990. it is leaking and the Dealer is not bothered about attending to my repeated complaints. For selling the machine they must have called me at least ten times and once the machine is sold .
