[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water filter not working-complained several times

I took AMC in Oct 2014 for 2 years and paid ~Rs. 9500/-. That time the technician told there will be 4 yearly services and if there is any complaint, they would attend with in 24 hrs. Once they changed all the filters in Oct/Nov.14. Since then there is leakage of water and I am very much fed up with these bloody people, neither they are calling back nor they are sending anybody to rectify this issue. Now its switch does not come in automode and the tap is totally burst. Nobody is there to hear my concern. I want my money back and I will call some good technician from outside to rectify it. Eureka forbes are cheaters. Don't believe them. I will not suggest anybody to buy their product. Govt should take a stern action against them.
