[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water purifier 1 month old - water leakage/pressure motor not working | |||||
Hi, i am writing from chennai, customer id - [protected], i ordered a water purifier on 11-December online with recommendation of sales person Govindaraj (ph # [protected]) & he gave a super assurance that the product is of top quality, he committed that he will be there during installation & swiftly turnaround for any kind of issues or complaints... was overwhelmed & ordered it online along with him & it took about 7-8 days for delivery. After delivery i was told that i need to install a pressure motor to make it workable which was another 3.5k & it took another 3 days !!!. which is almost end of December... Here is the issue : 25-Jan, suddenly water started leaking all over the place & the entire kitchen's floor went wet, i immediately called up customer care & registered a complaint # [protected] & there was no response... our super duper sales man Mr.Govindaraj was also covering up & no response. 26-Jan, could be a holiday..so i left it 27-Jan, one half cooked service person arrived after continuous follow up, he had no idea how to operate & he said water inlet is not working... believe me... even after seeing a wet kitchen floor he Mr. was complaining water inlet to the machine is not working... then i fired & him & he ran away... Again i called up customer care & they said they will send a senior person (what do you mean by that) i didn't understand that... then why that half cooked guy was sent i had no idea... Mr. Senior technician arrived & said the motor coil gone / pressure switch gone & assured replacement will be -brought on the next day itself... 28-Jan, i called up Mr.Senior technician, he went on leave it seems & provided the Senior's senior person Mr.Baskar contact number (ph #[protected]), so this Super senior Mr.Baskar said 100% will send some other senior person... No body ####ing turned up, I told my concern very clearly about me travelling out of station & there are 2 patients in house which will need water...he was like will do sir...will do sir... 29- Jan, comeon guys its sunday...lets not disturb the customer... right 30-Jan. oh wow its monday, maaaay be all would have had wild party on sunday, so no one turned up... 31-Jan, i came back to chennai & noticed nothing was done... we have been buying water cans.. for straight 1 week... today called up all possible...eureka customer care...they are very glad to give you new complaint id... so u can drink it... this Super senior basker...didnt even pick up calls...our extraordinary sales person must be busy aroubd finding some other customer to fool aroud... then finally after my office hours went to Eurekha office @ gn chetty road & met Ms.Thenmozhli...she assured action before 7 PM, its 8.15 pm now...lets see where it goes from now... Come on guys... i had a great impression about your company some how... just now seeing your reality... in the names of the person i mentioned above...even 1 atleast 1 wanted to give a quality service or atleast a followup call.. i would be glad... let me assume my hard earned money is cheated...
