[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water purifier-amc taken from company and no service provided | |||||
I have purchased aquagaurd aquasure water purifier. I have taken amc paid full year amount from april 2016 to april 2017. Ureka has committed to service water purifier every 3 months and once purifier candle would be changed while signing the amc document. However there is no single time attend ureka service person attended from april to dec 2016. I have logged the call on 27th dec 2016. No one turned till 2nd jan and i have called their call center multiple times, just they are saying the call is forwarded to take it on priority. Ureka is inefficient company. Unable to manage customer service and they taking money in advance and cheating customer Government has to take some steps on this, Was this information helpful? | |||||
