Eureka Forbes — Water Purifier cartridge replacement

Aqua guard person came and changed the catridge .But it deposits black carbon. When i complaint against it, there is no action from Aquaguard. Always we get reponse as we will take action as early as possible . I do have kids which affect their health also.

Please do not go for Aquaguard since the service is pathetic in Pune. There is no assurance that they give genuine parts.
