Eureka Forbes — Water Purifier- Cheating Technicians | |
Mandatory Service Id: GWPDSPRUM0000 My water purifier stopped working today and the last mandatory service was pending from the company. Today a technician came to handle the last mandatory service, he checked and asked us to pay Rs.4500 to fix the blocked filter. We insisted that spare parts replacement is part of the pending service but he denied that. From the day 1 since i bought the water purifier i am facing lot of issues of same kind. Everytime the technician came and provided a temporary fix to resolve the issue. But when the warranty period ends, next day the technician is demanding huge money to replace the spare part to fix the issue. If the technician's real intention is to solve the problem they can replace the spare parts on the warranty period itself but they are doing it next day after warranty ends. It is like a way of stealing the customer's money by the way of service. To be honest i had made a worst decision by choosing the aquaguard product. The way of handling customer service is purely money minded by your technicians. I won't encourage anybody to purchase your water purifiers as this is a lesson for me.
