Requested service on 17.11.2017 vide no.[protected], allocated to technician mr. Sourav dawn (M-[protected]) who attended me on 18.11.2017 at my residence, gopalnagar, burdwan.
1. Repeatedly insisting me to go through amc.
2. Service is not satisfactory.
3. Claiming more money than the actual bill. Later said sorry for the mistake.
4. Not given money receipt (For rs.1150/-) and also fails the committment to be given by 20.11.2017.
5. Found leakage of water on 19.11.2017 and asked for repair which remain unattended till to-date.
