Eureka Forbes — water purifier complaint not attend after multiple calls

My water purifier reviva is in amc for 2020-21 and it started in feb 2020. Technician visited and replaced filters in feb 2020 and amc was done in the same month. Post feb 2020 not even one visit was done by the executive nor i received any calls. I have been following up with customer care from more than a month now to send technician but so far nobody took action on my complaint. I wonder how can be a service so negligent and it is being your duty to complete amc visits. Will the customer get refund for your fault?
