[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier - defective product

Hi Team

Water purifier bought on October 2, 2019.

First problem occurred within circuit board of the purifier with in a month of installation .

Second problem occurred within seven days of rectification by service engineer.

Service engineer and local reseller not ready to resolve the issue of defective product.

Water being one of the Essential Commodities why cant Company provide permanent solution.

It has not even been 2 months from the date of purchase.

A senior person from the service engineer department called and enquire about the problem. He along with the person who addressed the issue initially visited my home to enquire about the issue faced; They immediately gave a temporary solution; Later replaced the product with seven (7) days. Thanks a lot for the prompt response and support from the team

Please arrange to send your service man for rectify the RO water purifier blinks green colour light. I already given complaint over phone two days before, the complaint no.[protected]. please send your service man early.

I request on 7th October for new installation but no technician still come to stall it, I called 7th time but they told me lie. I m very disappointed after buying this product
