Eureka Forbes — water purifier didn't fixed

Its been more than 2 months of reporting complain but nothing happening at all. I understand the covid situation and all are going on. But water is an essential things and i[censored] guys are doing that u have to aware of some common sense not picking calls and saying it will fixed today and that happening more than a months now.. Seriously guys i never thought of doing all this stuff but its hard as i am bare to need u guys to fix this.
