My Water purifier has not been working for the last 12 days and no one is able to resolve my issue.

Below are my complaints raised with Eureka forbes.
First complain no: CM[protected] dated 4th Nov
Second complain no: CM[protected] dated 9th Nov
My machine is under AMC contract with Eureka.
After so many escalations to eureka still i am struggling to resolve my complaint.
