Hello team, I had purchased a dr aquaguard classic plus with booster pump, 2 years back, the representative from the compay visited just for installation since then we did not get any service nor our compaint was entertained by the company. On 19 oct 2019 again i contacted the call centre for my water purifier as the water flow has reduced, till date they did not sent their representative and i'm updating them for every 5 - 7 days though they are saying it will be done in 24 - 48 hours, don't know why there are doing...
